RIGHT HUB Società Benefit was founded in 2014 by Luca Guzzabocca and consists of a team of people with strong experience in different economic sectors, nationally and internationally, in purchasing and logistics management, marketing and sales, health and safety, inclusion of workers with disabilities, corporate sustainability, and sustainable event management. All share a cohesive vision of corporate business as an essential condition for ensuring a systemic approach capable of addressing community needs and environmental advocacy.
Luca Guzzabocca
Luca has gained 30 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management in several national and multinational companies with increasing responsibilities (Esa Elettronica, Gewiss, Vemer, Black&Decker Power Tools, Riello Group, GlaxoSmithKline, Montepaschi Group) in different market sectors, both for direct production materials and indirect goods and services.
From 1990 to 2006 he was a member of ADACI - Italian Association of Purchasing and Supply Management, holding important positions in the Lombardy Section Council and in the National Council.
Luca, always involved in the continuous improvement of the purchasing process, has been since 2000 among the few pioneers in the use of information technology for purchasing management by participating in beta projects and implementing the first e-procurement solutions in Italy.
In addition, Luca has developed specific experience and know-how regarding environmental, social and ethical sustainability issues in supply chains since 2002.
He has participated during his career as a manager in more than 200 events, conferences, trainings and workshops nationally and internationally as a testimonial trainer, speaker and moderator. He has written numerous articles for various magazines nationally and internationally.
Luca was Co-Founder and Chairman in 2007 of Purchasing & Sustainability, the first and only Italian nonprofit organization and the second of its kind in Europe, dealing with environmental, social and ethical sustainability of supply chains, then merged in 2018 into the nonprofit association PLEF (Planet Life Economy Foundation) ETS.
Since 2012 he has also been interested and involved in sustainable event management, actively participating in several international communities such as Black Book Motorsport, MUSE (Members United for Sustainable Events), SEA (Sustainable Event Alliance), SandSi-Sport and Sustainability International and Green Sports Alliance.
In 2014 he decided to create his own entrepreneurial reality and with passion, tenacity and enthusiasm he founded Right Hub (since 2023 Benefit Corporation), a consulting firm dedicated to corporate sustainability consisting of a strong team of professionals.
